He is survived by: his wife Peggy Louise Jones; his sons, Steven Chapman (Esther) of Dubuque and Jeffrey Chapman (Suzanne) of Williamsburg; his grandchildren, Tracy Reif (Andrew), Rachel, Michael, Erik, Brandyn, Justin and Shane Chapman; and his great grandchild Mary Reif.
