J.) of West Branch, IA and Christa Bern (Josh) of Williamsburg, IA.; his granddaughters, Adaline Bern and Addison Wombacher; and his siblings, Kathy Zimmerman (Terry), Tyera Hess (Doug) and Todd Kleinmeyer (Susan).

A general memorial fund has been established.
