He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Sr. Chounard and Jo Ann Chounard (Birtcher). He is survived by: his wife Laura Sue Hoeft; his children, Olivia of Philo, IL, Cloee of Philo, IL and Logan Chounard of Philo, IL; his sister Amanda Deedrick (Bob) of Sadorus, IL; and his nieces and nephews, Lenny, Audery Deedrick, Cheynne, Izzy and River Hoeft.
