He is survived by: his children, Rhonda Holtkamp (Jay) of Ankeny, Linda Fer (John) of Tulsa, OK, James Gent (Mary) of Wellman, Gregory Gent (Georgia) of Wellman and Alicia Robinson (Tom) of Marion; his grandchildren, David (Adrienne), Michelle (Scott), Andrea (David), Abby (Nick), Dan (Kate), Sarah (Pat), Stephanie (Eric), Megan (John), Joseph (Hannah), Cody, Janae (Rusty), Kendall (Hayley), Madeline (Alec) and Zachary; and his siblings, Henrietta O'Connell (Frank) of Marion, Pauline McDonald of Cedar Rapids, Ellen Morrison (Wayne) of Williamsburg, Raymond Gent (Donna) of South English and Pat Gent (Mary) of Keota. He is also survived by 25 great grandchildren.
