She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Adolph and Fleta Mildred Siegrist (Wayland); her husband Harold Koehn; her grandson Ryan Rose; her niece Dana Pechin; and her brothers, Lee and Jerry Siegrist.
She is survived by: her children, Kevin Koehn (Christine), Kandace Rose (Steve) and Kathy Goemaat (Dennis); her grandchildren, Shara Axmear (Scott), Caleb Koehn (Erin), Jeremy Koehn (Amanda), Zachary Rose (Renee), Carissa Johnson (Nathan), Mikayla Goemaat and Amelia Koehn (Sterling Prout); and her sisters-in-law, Wanda and Linda Siegrist. She is also survived by 8 great grandchildren.
Memorials may be given to the Millersburg First Responders, Foundation Fighting Blindness or Millersburg United Methodist Church.
