With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Marilyn Wichmann (Williamsburg, Iowa), who passed away on April 8, 2024 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John T. Werner and Olga Werner (Heitshusen); her stepmother Gertrude Werner; and her brothers, John F. Werner and George Werner.
She is survived by: her husband Earl Wayne Wichmann; her children, Rachel Matosic (Rich) of Las Cruces, NM, Becky Fluegge (Casey) of Johnston, IA, Debra Schlaefke (John) of Lombard, IL and Nathan Wichmann (Raffaella Morosi) of Plymouth, MN; her grandchildren, Wes Hottel (Laura), Elisabeth Hottel (Manny Patino), Eric Fluegge, Emily Fluegge, Sarah Schlaefke, Lydia Schlaefke, Jonathan Schlaefke, Luca Wichmann and Liam Wichmann; her great grandchildren, James and Luke Patino; her brother Dave Werner (Lois); her sister-in-law Marlene Werner of Williamsburg; and her grandson Thomas Wichmann. She is also survived by her children and grandchildren.
