She was predeceased by: her parents, Adolph Hudepohl and Ida Hudepohl (Newkirk); her former husband Bernard Madoerin; her spouse Dale Bell; her granddaughter Sarah Madoerin Henderson; her stepsons, Larry Bell and Rick Bell; and her siblings, Orville Hudepohl, Reno Hudepohl, Irma Wardenburg, Minerva Schmidt and Alice Rudin.

She is survived by: her children, Duane Madoerin (Diane) of Webster City and Carol Madoerin (Ross Henderson) of Seattle, Washington; her grandchildren, Tonya Franken (Bruce), Jason Madoerin (Bonnie) and Brent Madoerin Henderson; and her great grandchildren, Hannah Dyck (Jordan), Allison Franken, William Franken, Roman Madoerin (Rosie) and Raegan Madoerin.
