He is survived by: his wife Thelma; his children, Angela Durkee (John Marich) of Mount Auburn, Anthony McMillan (Bonnie) of Iowa City, Matthew McMillan of Summerville, NC, Timothy McMillan (Connie) of Parnell and Mitch McMillan (Dawn) of Williamsburg; his stepsons, Doug Burkle of Cedar Rapids, Eric Burkle (Shirlean) of Cedar Rapids and Jeffrey Burkle (Kristeen) of Cedar Rapids; his stepbrothers, Albert Ray (Lois) of Morilton, AR, Robert Ray (Carol) of Nema, AR and Carroll Ray (Shirley) of Gilcrest, CO; his sister-in-law Marjory Ray of Nixa, MO.; and his parents, Kenneth Felix McMillan and Lois Fern Van Orsdal. He is also survived by grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.
