McMillin III (Nancy Burden); his grandchildren, John V. IV, Justin D., Jordyn A. and James E. McMillin (Lisa); his sons, Sidney (Jessica), Stuart (Sarah) and Joel D. McMillin (Yiqun); his great grandchild Jessica Linstrom (Max); his close friends, Ericca Machen McMillin Boone and Marcie Machen; and his sister-in-law JoElla Cossel.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in his name to the Arbor Day Foundation, Boys Town, and Disabled American Veterans Foundation.
