He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Collingwood and Caroline Collingwood (Faas); and his siblings, Mervin, Orlo, Harold, Cecil Collingwood, Leota Siems and Lorena Teggatz.
He is survived by: his wife Donna Mae Mitchell; his children, Lynette Wooster (Larry) of St. Peter, IL and Kevin Collingwood of Marengo; his granddaughter Dr. Elizabeth Wooster-Pierson (Michael) of Pella; and his great grandchildren, Jeremiah and Ethan Pierson.
A memorial fund has been established for Lutheran Interparish School and St. Paul Lutheran Church.
