He is survived by: his wife Joan Keiser of Williamsburg; his children, Brian Keiser (Tia Flanagan) of Atlanta, GA, Shelly Westfall (Joe) of Williamsburg and Doug Keiser (Brenda) of Bentonville, AR; his grandchildren, Cody Westfall (Catherine), Danielle Parton (Kyle), Bailey Westfall and Samantha Keiser (Avery Redfield); his great grandchildren, Aiden Westfall and Thea Westfall; his sister Kathy O'Rourke (John) of North English; and his sisters-in-law, Linda Keiser of Iowa City and Jill Wycoff (Carl) of Nevada, IA..
