He was predeceased by: his father Dwight Slaubaugh; and his grandsons, Jacob and Caden Berry. He is survived by: his mother Marilyn Slaubaugh (Kinsinger) of Wellman; his wife Faye Brenneman of Kalona; his children, Alicia Berry (Paul) of Harrisonburg, VA and Shawn Slaubaugh (Cara) of Wellman; his grandchildren, Audra, Ellaryn Berry of Harrisonburg, VA, Owen, Evan, Norah and Dia Slaubaugh of Wellman; and his siblings, Bonnie Stuckey (Tom) of Archbold, OH, Jean Schneider (Bill) of Wellman and Doug Slaubaugh (Carla) of Parnell. He is also survived by 10 nieces and nephews and 22 great nieces and nephews.
A memorial fund has been established for Pleasentview Home.
