He was predeceased by: his nephew Kayden Leach. He is survived by: his parents, Lisa Johnson (Flanegan) and Phillip Johnson (Julie); his siblings, Whitney Casanova, Alesha Casanova and Jonathan Flanegan; his nieces and nephews, Adriana, Tucker, Kimaya, Kamari, Kaliah, Micah, Karsten and Kaleb; his uncle Gordon Troyer; and his aunt Deborah Troyer. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
