He is survived by: his wife Sandy Madden of Williams; his son J. D. Rigter of Clarksville, TN; his brother-in-law Randy Madden (Connie) of Alden; his nephews, Lee Madden (Kay) of Alden and Brent Madden (Klaire) of Ankeny; his niece Dr. Jill Madden of Boston, MA; his great-nephews, Dylan, Cameron, Lane Madden of Alden and Callan Madden of Ankeny; his great-niece Anna Madden of Ankeny; and his cousins, Bev Huisman (Gerald) of Kamrar, Joe Rigter (Kay) of Mt. Pleasant, SC and Jill Rigter Ewell (Gregg) of Mt. Pleasant, SC.
