He is survived by: his former wives, Virginia Eleanor Cooper and Annette Isbel; his wife Annette Neubauer of Williams, Iowa; his children, Steven Neubauer of California, Gina Nilles (Dennis) of Iowa, Tony Neubauer (Jan) of Iowa, Terry Neubauer of Iowa and Mark Neubauer (Meg) of Minnesota; his stepchildren, Linda Firkins of Iowa, Harlan Akin of Colorado, Kathleen Denson Smith (Maynard) of Colorado and Alan Akin of Colorado; his brothers, Arthur Willems (Judy) of Iowa and Gordon Willems (Connie) of Texas; his sisters-in-law, Sidney Willems of Texas, Jackie Ebling of Iowa and Karen Ebling Elkins of New York; and his grandchildren, Chad Neubauer (Erin), Paula Werner (Todd), Benjamin Neubauer, Grant Oskvig (Michelle), Danielle Wynkoop (Jay), Adam Neubauer (Julie), Christina Alonso (Fernie), Katelyn Neubauer, BreAnna Humenansky (Kevin), Jake Nilles, Seth Neubauer and Ava Neubauer. He is also survived by nine step-grandchildren, more than fifty great grandchildren, five great-great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
