While her presence may be gone, her impact lives on in the kindness shown to others and the joy found in the ordinary moments of life.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Victor Ebling and Leah Ebling (Toombs); her brothers, Leon and Wendell Ebling; and her husband Delroy Neubauer.
She is survived by: her children, Linda Firkins, Harlan Akin, Kathleen Smith (Maynard) and Alan Akin. She is also survived by her 22 grandchildren, 66 great grandchildren and numerous great- great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, December 17th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Trinity Lutheran Church (1229 Kathy Ln, Webster City, IA 50595). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, December 17th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
