He was predeceased by: his parents, Emery Bumsted and Iris Bumsted (Carson); his sister Beverly Dickenson; his siblings-in-law, Doug Dickenson, Mary Vajgrt, Harold Vajgrt, Robert Fiscus and Ronald Fiscus; and his parents-in-law, Garrett and Arlene Fiscus (Miller).
He is survived by: his significant other Connie Jo Fiscus; his children, Lorrie (Vince Valois) of Odessa and Scott (Marla); his grandchildren, Bailey Metzner of Newburgh, Aaron Metzner (Shyanne) of Palm Harbor, Alexandria Barnes (Jerome) of Chattanooga, Jordan Barnes of Denver Colorado, Morgan DiBartolo (Jesse) of Erlanger, Logan Bumsted of San Diego, Samantha Kendall (Chris) of Eldora, John Eastridge (Rhonda) of Ames and Kayla Clapsaddle (Joe) of Steamboat Rock, Iowa; and his great grandchildren, Christopher, Daylin, Gabriella, Scott, Olivia, Raegan, James, Taevon, Donathon, Addie and Lilly.
In lieu of flowers contributions can be sent to the funeral home for Mercy Hospital Mason City to the volunteer group.
