He is survived by: his wife Carla Cummins; his children, Shawn Cummins, Damian Cummins (Teri), Devoni Cummins, Rachel Cummins, Bryant Cummins (Kelsey), Kristin Haines (Ronnie) and Sattin Cummins; his grandchildren, Austin, Shawn Jr., Alexis, James, Connor, Jayden, Abri, Courtney, Chase, Emma, Eli, Zadien, Hunter, Miranda, Trinity, Alex, Christian and Phenix; his great grandchildren, Zariah, Zacari and Mahina; and his brothers, Burl Cummins (Ruth), Harry Cummins (Priscilla) and Vern Cummins (Marilyn). He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews.
