It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Lane (Whittemore, Iowa), who passed away on April 2, 2020, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Richard Lane to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by : his parents, William Sr. Lane and Marie Lane (Leonard); his grandchildren, Tony Lane and Aubrey Lane; his siblings, James Lane, Dorthea Etherington (Everet), Jean Mossefin (Wallace) and Arleen Blue (Rick); and his brother-in-law Wayne Goodman.

He is survived by : his wife Norma Lane (Kollasch); his children, Cindy Thompson (Bob) of Leland, Gail Adkins (David) of Caledonia and Denny Lane (Jan) of Whittemore, Iowa; his grandchildren, Clarissa Thompson, Jeff Adkins (Courtney), Greg Adkins and AJ Lane; his great grandchild Eleanor Adkins; and his sister LaVon Schattschneider. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
