Lynne Zimmerman Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lynne Zimmerman (Whittemore, Iowa), born in Bancroft, Iowa, who passed away on September 17, 2019, at the age of 61, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Stanley Hatlestad and Rosina Hatlestad (Schneider); her parents-in-law, Harold and Lois Zimmerman; her brother Craig Hatlestad; her nephew Mike Kelly; and her great-nephew DJ Kelly.
She is survived by: her husband Michael Zimmerman; her children, Jessica Welp of Mason City, Melissa Woodyard (Shannon) of Algona, Dan Welp (Amy) of Algona, Asa Blakesley of Ames and Stan Blakesley (Jessica) of Algona; her stepchildren, Tracie Hoch (Jeff Elbert) of Evanston, IL, Misty Dobson (Clint) of Cheyenne, WY and Ryan Zimmerman (Abbie) of Algona; her grandchildren, Weston, Jaxon, Tate Woodyard, Landon, Ella, McCain Welp, Sophia Thompson, Elisabeth (Shane Grimm), Madison Hoch (Levi Eden), Owen, Kaylee Zimmerman, Emrik, Adalee Meyer and Dash Dobson; and her siblings, Cathy Kelly of Lakota, John Hatlestad of Spokane, WA, Mark Hatlestad (Bobbie) of Malcolm and Bill Hatlestad of Fort Dodge. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives.
In lieu of flowers, memorials in Lynne's honor may be directed towards the Kossuth County Cancer Support Foundation or The Gift of Life House in Rochester, MN.
