We are sad to announce that on October 21, 2023, at the age of 68, Kathryn Petersen of Whittemore, Iowa, born in Algona, Iowa passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Joe Kenne and Doris Kenne (Rodgers); her sister Joanne Kenne; and her sister-in-law Gloria Kenne. She is survived by : her children, Nichole Simington (Kim) of Ruthven and Jonathan Petersen (Katy) of Spencer, Iowa; her grandchildren, Brody Simington, Braden Simington, Brock Simington, Ella Petersen and Haddy Petersen; and her brother Leonard Kenne. She is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
