He was predeceased by: his parents, Billie Allen Hopkins, Sr. and Wilma Jean Hopkins (Pauley); his brother Billie Hopkins, Jr.; and his brother-in-law Richard Belt, Jr.. He is survived by: his sisters, Karen Belt of Onawa, Mary Lee (Michael) of Duncan and Myra Hein of Days Creek, Oregon; and his sister-in-law Brenda Hopkins Kraber (Dave) of Moravia, Iowa. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends.
