He was predeceased by: his father Everett Duane; his grandparents, Mildred, George Jones, Nellie and Marvin Sparks; his aunts and uncles, Mae Mustard, Myrtle Watson, Helen Corn, Jean Compton, Deborah Sparks, Marion Jones, George, Jr., Eddie Jones, Donald Jones, Wayne Jones, Toby Sparks, Sergeant Major Guy W. Sparks and Ronald Freemont; and his cousin Chuck Sparks.
He is survived by: his mother Sherry Diane Jones (Sparks) of Onawa, Iowa; his sister Rebecca "Becky" Jones of Whiting, Iowa; and his aunts and uncles, Rose Quinlain of Sioux City, Pat Sparks Freemont of Decatur, Nebraska, Dennis Sparks of Walthill, Donald Mustard of Onawa and Michael Compton of Decatur, Nebraska. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends.
