He is survived by: his mother Marjorie Louise Parks (Stanislav) of Whiting, Iowa; and his siblings, Mary Lou Bellis of Whiting, William Parks of Onawa, Thomas Parks (Debra) of Boonville, Frederick Parks (Cindy) of Moorhead, Larry Parks (Patti) of Onawa, Barbara Bring (Dana) and Joann Clark (Lary) of Mondamin, Iowa. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends.
