She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Kechelos and Andromachi Kechelos (Kocalles); her husband Gus; her daughter Athena; and her siblings, Theodore and Panagiota.
She is survived by: her children, Christine Katsanevakis (Tony) of Chicago, IL, George Klimiades (Janice) of Whiting, IA, Andrea Cummins (Bryan) of Madeira Beach, FL, Mario Klimiades of Phoenix, AZ and Alexandra Gonzales (Henry) of St. Petersburg, FL; her grandchildren, Athena Katsanevakis and Constantine Klimiades; and her great grandchildren, Alexandra Klimiades and Nicholas Klimiades.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Church, St. Thomas Orthodox Church, or to the family of Bessie Klimiades.
