He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilbert Mente and Pauline Mente (Kahl). He is survived by: his wife Beverly Rogers of Wheatland; his children, Scott (Kelly) of Wheatland, Greg (Vickie) of Anthon, IA and Barbara Boeckmann (Dave) of Wheatland; and his brother Glen (Mary Jo) of Ames. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren; 9 great grandchildren.
