We are sad to announce that on August 15, 2018 we had to say goodbye to Helen Leatherman (Wheatland, Iowa), born in Muscatine, Iowa. She was predeceased by: her daughter Rick of Wapello; her husband Marion Francis; her sons, Dan Leatherman and Johnny Leatherman; and her siblings, Frances Johnson, Anita Leatherman, Florence Atkinson, Bernard Kaalberg, Edwin Kaalberg, Arch Kaalberg and Maurice Kaalberg.
She is survived by: her children, Terri Wiese (Greg) of Wheatland, Patti Gordon and Mike Leatherman (Connie) of Chase; her daughter-in-law Patti Leatherman of Chillicothe; her sister Regina Milligan of Waverly; her sister-in-law Sherrie Kaalberg of West Liberty; and also Wilton. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; four great-grandchildren.
