He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Pingel and Edith Pingel (Wittrock); and his brother Dennis Pingel. He is survived by: his former wife Marilyn Hazen; his daughter Vicky; and his brother Kenneth Pingel (Nancy) of Bettendorf. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
