He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Paul Boughner, Alivin and Margurite Kelchen; and his aunts and uncles, Jerome Kelchen, Dale Kelchen, Mary Kelchen, Pat Schmit and Rita Miller.
He is survived by: his parents, Samuel Boughner and Rose Mary Boughner (Kelchen); his daughter Jean Boughner; his siblings, Windy Leach (Larry) and Samuel II Boughner (Tammy); his grandmother Donna Boughner; his uncle Jim Kelchen; and his aunt Elvernal Bissler. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews; eight great-nephews and one great-niece.
