He is survived by: his sons, Jim (Debbie) of Urbandale and Duane (Kathy) of Bradley, IL; his granddaughter Andrea Fowler (Brad); his great grandchild Aislinn of Madison, WI; his grandson Greg of Dallas Center; and his sister-in-law Joetta Bates (John) of Grinnell. He is also survived by numerous nieces/nephews.
