She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Kleinmeyer and Naomi Kleinmeyer (Hartgrave); her husbands, Raymond W. Himes, Kermit C. Polhamus and Keith Anthony; her siblings, Robert Kleinmeyer, Ed Kleinmeyer, Gayle Fanning and Judy Penrod; and her brother-in-law Jim Garringer.
She is survived by: her daughters, Barbara Rhoads (Jeff), Deborah Mullan (Mark) and Ann Marie Griffith (Todd); her grandchildren, Jenny Gramling (Scott), Brad Rhoads (April), Brandon Mullan, Veronica Mullan, Jeremy Mullan, Amanda Henkel, Hunter Griffith and Natasha Fumia; her great grandchildren, Chloe, Otis, Caleb, Madyson, Eli and Finley; her sister Jeanne Garringer; and her brothers-in-law, Jim Fanning and Eldon Penrod. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
