It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lucy Belle Lamb of What Cheer, Iowa, born in Thornburg, Iowa, who passed away on August 21, 2021, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, John Whitworth and Belle Morrison Whitworth; her husband Warren; her son Marvin; her siblings, John, Jim Whitworth and Patricia Korenke; and her half-brother David Whitworth.
She is survived by: her children, Sue Andeway (Russ) and Lyle Lamb (Diane); her grandchildren, Jodi Boatright (Tom Smith), Brandon Lamb, Ryan Andeway (Stacy), Allison Bain, Abigail Schaffner (Doug) and Alexis Lamb (Nate Bryngelson); her great grandchildren, Tristin Andeway, Taylor Andeway (Kayla Kyte), Benjamin Schaffner and Blake Schaffner; her great great grandchildren, Ryder Andeway and Paisley Ruberg; her half-sister Joyce Harwood; her daughter-in-law Dahlene Sprague (Alan); and her sister-in-law Marlene Van Kooten (Kenny). She is also survived by many other nieces, nephews and friends.
