He was predeceased by: his parents, Warren Coulter and Marie Coulter (Grudgings) of What Cheer, Iowa.; his wife Annette Cox; his brother Jim Coulter; his sister-in-law Lenora Coulter; his sister Dottie Behrens (Leola); and his brothers-in-law, Elmer Behrens, Glenn McKain and Doug Duncan.
He is survived by: his sister Jeannine Duncan of What Cheer, Iowa; his sons, David Coulter (Donna) of Garrison, Iowa, Brent Coulter (Ingrid) of Traer, Matt Coulter (Kim) of Ankeny and Chris Coulter (Denise) of Reinbeck, Iowa; his grandchildren, Jessica, Eric, Lindsey, Ben, KayLynn, Erica, Randi and Danielle; and his great grandchildren, Gabe, Emma, Claire, Evelyn, Maverick, Camille, Sage, Dax, Brynn, Austyn, Elly, Skylar and Warren.
