He was predeceased by: his parents, Harvey Miensma and Clara Rus Miensma. He is survived by: his significant other Dallas Chaplin of Wever; his stepdaughters, Deedra Linnenbrink (Daniel) of New London, Mariah Van Hyning (Chip) of Denmark and Darby (Joey Schier) of Ft. Madison; his grandchildren, Korah, Kolt, Joanna and Makenna; and his siblings, Judy Tiesman (Larry) of Albany, IL, Linda Schipper (Richard) of Fulton, IL, Tami Hornick (Joey) of Tennessee and Dennis Miensma of Albany, IL. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
