She was predeceased by: her parents, William Reyer and Mabel Jarvis Reyer; her husband Frank H. Britton; and her siblings, Beulah Slagowski, Opal Mosier and Bill Reyer.
She is survived by: her children, William Britton of Ft. Madison, Jack Britton of Clarion, IA and Paula VanAken of Mountain Grove, MO; her grandchildren, Layne Britton, Kristina Van Aken and Tyler Van Aken; and her sister Lola Otte of West Point. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, April 3rd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the King-Lynk Funeral Home (3507 Avenue L, Fort Madison, IA 52627).
