Janis Dixon Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Janis Dixon (Westside, Iowa), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on December 12, 2024 at the age of 72. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Melvin Dixon and Mary Ellen Dixon (Wulf); her sister Marleen Dixon; and her niece Nicole Bradley. She is survived by: her sisters, Vicki Bradley (Rick) of Des Moines and Terri Ramold of Omaha, Nebraska; her nephews, Chad Bradley (Shawna) of Carroll, Troy Bradley (Heather) of Des Moines, James Ramold of Omaha and Jonathan Ramold of Omaha, Nebraska; her great-nieces and great-nephews, Dylan, Gage, Caleb, Skye, Kyler, Peyton, Myles and Grahm; her uncles, Frank Wulf (Rafaela) of California and Charles Wulf (Shelly) of Beaumont, Texas; and also Walker. She is also survived by other family members and friends.
Visitation was held on Monday, December 16th 2024 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Huebner Funeral Home (105 Eagle St, Westside, IA 51467). A funeral service was held on Monday, December 16th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
Memorials may be directed to the family for a scholarship to be established at Northwest Missouri State University in Janis's name, a lasting tribute to her dedication to education.
