He is survived by: his wife Alice Koesters of Westphalia; his children, Dean Schwery (Joni) of Westphalia, IA, Jan Schwery of Fremont, NE, Dan Schwery (Bev) of Westphalia, IA, Duane Schwery of Westphalia, IA, Donna Coenen (Greg) of Omaha, NE, Darrin Schwery (Mary Pat) of Bennington, NE, Deb Schwery-Glenn (Mike) of Omaha, NE and Dallas Schwery (Jenny) of Bennington, NE; and his sister Arlene Pauley (Mike) of Portsmouth, IA.. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren.
