He was predeceased by: his parents, Dale R. Williams and Fern Williams (Meyer); his brother Greg Williams; and his foster brother Jerry Meyer. He is survived by: his children, Jessica Williams Cooper (Brandon) of Horseshoe Bend, Andrew Williams (Shelby) of Fairbank and Lindy Williams (Colin Weber) of Waterloo; his granddaughters, Cassandra Housley (Patrick Lovins), Madison Housley (Austin Blankenship), Taryn Housley and Evelyn Fern Williams (Baby Girl Weber); his stepgrandson Jace Weber; his sisters, Susan Groth of Dubuque and Julie Williams of Oelwein; and his stepbrothers, Randy Hoehne of Manchester, Kevin Hoehne of Sumner, Darrell Hoehne (Doah) of Eldon and Brent Hoehne (Christine) of Ham Lake, Minnesota. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Due to state and federal guidance on gatherings and the recent surge in the COVID-19 pandemic, social distancing will be required. Those in attendance are required to wear a mask.
