With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Dale Max Rueber of Westgate, Iowa, born in Oelwein, Iowa, who passed away on June 10, 2022 at the age of 70. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Max Carl and Arlene Sophia Rueber (Jesse); his siblings, Ronald Rueber, Dennis Rueber (Kathy), Carlene Seghezzi (Lee) and Dianne Murrow; his brothers-in-law, Wayne Kleppe and Gene Buhr; and his parents-in-law, James and YuVonne Buckman.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Rueber of Westgate; his children, RaeAnn Gordon (Jarod) of Center Point and Darin Rueber of Westgate; his grandchildren, Sammie, Sydney Barnhart, Jordan, Tenley Gordon and Addison McDermott; his siblings, Mardell Reisner (Jim) of Oelwein, Roger Rueber (LouAnn) of Oelwein, Linda Rueber of Mason City, Bryan Rueber (Doris) of Oelwein, Rhonda Miller (Jerry) of West Union, Carol Lau (Dennis) of Oelwein, Kent Rueber of Maynard, Karen Schultz (Frank) of Jesup and Brent Rueber of Westgate; and his siblings-in-law, Rich Murrow of Appleton, Wisconsin, Vickie Buckman of Hazleton and Eileen Buhr of Winthrop. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews as well as great nieces and nephews.
Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, social distancing and masks are suggested at the visitation and service.
A Memorial Fund has been established for the church, Fayette County 4-H Foundation and the Diabetes Association.
