It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Michael R. VanderMeulen of Westfield, Iowa, born in Harlan, Iowa, who passed away on May 26, 2012, at the age of 44, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Marie Altimus; and his adoptive father Cliff Boucher. He is survived by: his children, Michael L. VanderMeulen, Joanna Ebersbach (Robert) and Heather Altimus; his grandsons, Elijah Altimus and Noah Gamet; his sisters, Jayne VanderMeulen-Knight and Teresa Sturtevant; and also Carol Parman.
