She was predeceased by : her parents, Henry Kots and Adrianna Kots; her husband William; her granddaughter Tessa Lynn Swisher; her sons-in-law, Terry Gerrietts and Bob Sherlock; her siblings, Nelson Kots, Lloyd Kots (Lorraine), Orville Kots (Ann), LuVerna Kramer (Henry), Virgil Kots, Marvin Kots (Dorothy) and Helen Boyd; and her brother-in-law Del Koel.
She is survived by : her children, Perry Swisher (Ercilia) of Le Mars, John Swisher of Westfield, Peggy Linstrand (Scott) of Le Mars, Rockey Swisher (Shanna) of Bolivar, MO, Caroline Gerrietts of Westfield, Tracy Nissen (Arlyn) of Le Mars and Valerie McInnis (Hayden) of Westfield; her siblings, Darwin Kots (Marlene) of Sutherland, IA and Lorna Koel of Madison, SD; and also, Leona Kots of Hospers, IA, Opal Hanke of Remsen, IA, Lucille Carlson of Beresford, SD, Sally Grasz of Sioux Falls, SD and Jeri Swisher of Harlan, IA. She is also survived by 23 grandchildren; 28 great grandchildren; 2 great great grandchildren.
