She was predeceased by: her parents, Alfred Burrack and Eva Burrack (Leonard); her husband Robert Dzaboff; her grandchildren, Donnie Cleaton and Steven Lewis; her sister Karen Mack; and her brother-in-law Galen Mack.
She is survived by: her children, Lori Butikofer (Cory) of Elgin, Jody Lewis (Dina) of Chariton, Scott Lewis of Springfield and Jim Lewis of Coralville; her grandchildren, Krystal Pusey (Nate), Cody Kraus (Rachel Hach), Allison Butikofer (Justin Fretheim), Kristy Williams (Brandon), Chris Lewis, Tarah Lewis, Heather Cleaton, Scott Lewis, Jr. and Miles Lewis; her siblings, Dan Burrack (Patty) of Arlington and Brenda Fliehler (Larry) of Arlington; and her brother-in-law Donald Dzaboff of Dubuque. She is also survived by 23 great grandchildren.
