She is survived by: her mother Guadalupe "Lucy" Hackley (Gallardo) of West Union, Iowa; her wife Christina Jacobs of Ottumwa, Iowa; her daughter Jena (Frankie) of Ottumwa, Iowa; her grandchildren, Brayden, Anessa and Millina; her siblings, David Hackley Jr. (Rhonda) of Gramercy, Glen Hackley (Kristina) of Huntington, Elizabeth Hartwig (Robert) of Dunlap, Dina Taylor (Rick) of Clermont and Jaime Hackley of West Union, Iowa.; and her siblings-in-law, Kimberlee Levine (Chris) of Marshalltown, Iowa., Dustin Jacobs (Amber) of New Hampton, Adam Jacobs (Jamie) of Independence and Jeremee Jacobson Cannon (Caitlyn). She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and great nieces and great nephews and friends.
