He was predeceased by: his parents, James Francis and Verna Sara Hollinrake (Breuer); his wife Adelaide Frances Houlihan; his brother Gerald; his son-in-law John Clark; and his siblings-in-law, Roger Cummings, Ronald Schwitzer, Michael Houlihan, Margie Hollinrake and Margret Houlihan.
He is survived by: his children, Teresa Carrigan (Tim) of Merlin, Mary Clark of Victoria, Timothy Hollinrake (Jami) of Fayette, Patricia Loder (Rob) of Irving and David Hollinrake (Keri) of Raleigh; his grandchildren, Danielle (Jason), Jenni (Dustin), Chase, James (Erin), Anjay (Kodey), Jason, Andrew, Collin, Allison (Spencer) and Scott; and his sisters, JoAnn Cummings of Monmouth and Kathleen Schwitzer of New Port Richey, Florida. He is also survived by 2 great-grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, Memorials may be directed in his name to St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church in Fayette, Iowa or the Alzheimer's Association.
