Robert Moeller Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert Moeller of West Point, Iowa, who passed away on January 12, 2025, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Gwendoline Moeller and Pauly; his wife Florence Zelinski; his siblings, Francine Smith, James Moeller, Bernard Moeller and Leroy Moeller; and his brothers-in-law, Harold Zelinski, Al Smith, Glenn Taylor, Walt Kulpa and Ron Niehaus.
He is survived by: his children, Mary Burk (Brian) of Wever, Iowa, Dianne Flaherty (Jim) of Fairfax, Iowa, Michael Moeller of New London, Iowa, Jerome Moeller (Connie Taylor) of New London, Iowa, Duane Moeller (Susan) of Bondurant, Iowa, Brian Moeller (Barb) of Donnellson, Iowa, Paulette Wyrick (Nathan) of Donnellson, Iowa, Chris Moeller (Amber) of Luray, Missouri and Stacey Moeller of Mt. Pleasant, Iowa; his sisters, Ruth Taylor of Fort Madison, Iowa, Carol Kulpa of Newton, Iowa and Barb Niehaus of Sperry, Iowa; his sisters-in-law, Linda Zelinski, Eileen Moeller and Donna Moeller; his grandchildren, Collin Burk, Megan Burk, Stephanie VanTrump, Hunter Moeller, Austin Moeller, Seth Moeller, Mara Moeller, Isaac Moeller, Gavin Moeller, Karissa Moeller, Blake Wyrick, Brayden Wyrick, Stephanie Sammons, Miranda Wiseman, Kyle Golbricht, Riley Moeller, Rodney Bagwell, Ed Bagwell, Trent Bagwell and Michal Bagwell; and his great grandchildren, Addysen Frakes, Behren VanTrump, Cearsen VanTrump, Draven VanTrump, Mackenzie Sammons, Madison Sammons, Conner Moeller and Wyatt Wiseman. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 from 5:30 PM to 7:00 PM at the St. James the Less Catholic Church (2044 Locust St, St Paul, IA 52627). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
A memorial has been established for the St. James Cemetery, contributions may be left at Barr Memorial Chapel or the St. James Catholic Church on the day of the service.
