He is survived by: his wife Martha Jean Elliott of West Point; his sons, Jeff Mann (Melissa) of Marshalltown and Jason Mann of West Point; his granddaughter Peyton Mann of Marshalltown; and his siblings, Steve Mann (Patricia) of Burlington, Tom Mann (Linda) of Monmouth, Illinois, Marcia Arango of Hollywood, Mary Howard (Jim) of Bumpass and Dottie Vonderhaar (Tony) of Houghton. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
