He was predeceased by: his parents, Clem Rauenbuehler and Anna Rauenbuehler (Jacobsmeier); and his brothers, Linus and Valentine Rauenbuehler. He is survived by: his wife Bertha Menke; his children, David Rauenbuehler (Becky) of Mount Pleasant, Kevin Rauenbuehler (Tracie) of West Point, Judy and Schwanke of West Point; his grandchildren, Daniel Stuekerjuergen (Alicia), Brent Stuekerjuergen of West Point, Benjamin, Nathan, Andrew Rauenbuehler of Mount Pleasant, Eric, Adam and Maria Rauenbuehler of West Point; his siblings, Carl Rauenbuehler (Mary Ann) of Sterling, Anna Lee Conrad of West Point and LaVina Hellweg (Carl) of Houghton; his siblings-in-law, Dorothy Rauenbuehler of Mount Pleasant and Ron Mayer of Fort Madison; and his sisters, Eileen Pieper, Clementine Holtkamp, Jean Hellweg, Kay Mayer, LaVerne Rauenbuehler and Rosemary Kruse.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to St. Mary's Church or the West Point Fire and Rescue.
