He was predeceased by: his parents, Oscar Haigh and Clara Haigh (Bohlinger); and his children, Thomas, George and Sharon.
He is survived by: his wife Elaine Thompson; his children, Norman Haigh (Kim) of Burlington, Steven Haigh (Jill) of Ottumwa, Iowa and Clarice Hutchens (Michael) of Ballwin, Missouri; and his sisters-in-law, Kay Haigh and Joyce Haigh. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; five great grandchildren.
