She is survived by: her parents, Randy Ruby and Merilee Ruby (Peterson); her husband Dan Steffensmeier; her daughters, Ruby, Kathleen and Carlee Steffensmeier; her siblings, John Ruby and Lacey Ruby; her parents-in-law, Tom and Carla Steffensmeier; and her grandmother Sandra Peterson. She is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to her daughters' education.
