She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Carl "Barney", Lois Anderson, Richard and Orpha "Tish" Mabeus. She is survived by: her parents, Dean L. Mabeus and Sue C. Mabeus (Anderson); her fiancé Michael; her children, Ashley Gress (Jayme) and Adam Christy (Julian); her grandchildren, Sophia Gress and Kayce Christy; and her siblings, Mike Mabeus and Ann Klesner. She is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins and nephew.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, March 2nd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Schmitz Funeral Homes - West Point (502 Avenue E, West Point, IA 52656). A funeral service will be held on Monday, March 3rd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
A memorial has been established in her memory.
